Highlights in the club history:
Competition football by the Hamilton Football Club was robust from the late 1880's. Following WWI, several junior Hamilton teams were active and in 1923, Hamilton Football club was formally re-formed. It was not until 1926 that the team affiliated with the Western District Football League.
Hamilton Football - Netball Club is fortunate to have extensive training facilities. Our home ground is Melville Oval, located in the centre of Hamilton. Directly opposite in Brown Street, is our club venue Alexandra House, which houses a gymnasium for the use of players and members. Also located within are the 'Past Players' rooms which contain a myriad of historical memorabilia, photographs, news articles and premiership flags for viewing.
